For those without an RK24, here is a picture of where it is located near the dash above the HST pedal plus a diagram of the direction of movement while operating FEL when looking at the joystick from the operators seat. The orientation is different than other FEL or buckets I've used.

That is standard movement I've always found. I think the issue is because the handle isn't facing straight up
Thanks to tractor guy. Another member said the same thing, and now that I can picture it vertical it makes sense to me. First real tractor, I'm learning.The joystick lever is mounted correctly by ISO standards and we recommend that it not be modified in a way that would reverse things. Whether vertical or near horizontal, the lever is moved in the same directions for up or down movement regardless of who’s loader or tractor brand. Think of back towards you if vertical mount or down to the floor if horizontal as the same movement, which moves the loader arms and bucket up away from the ground. Push forward if vertical or horizontal and the loader arms will go down and move bucket down and forward. Back and down get same movement, forward and up get same movement.
...The float position would be useless however, as it would be working with the up function...
