Good morning! 45 ˚F heading to the 50s. Trail blazing this morning with the CA group that is bringing in extra machines and help on this last push before ribbon cutting. bobcat and mega mulcher and 5 muscle guys, I might just supervise.

The big plant sale at the horticulture clubs plant sale at the gardens will be just a few days apart from the ribbon cutting and that club is also preparing so I need to help get the gardens common areas in shape after winter. Have Pickleball practice with the wife this afternoon, she missed yesterdays class recovering from a Whipper induced fall on the street. Luckily she did not break anything falling flat on her back in the middle of the street when Whipper bolted away from a neighbors snappy dog and tripped her. Whipper escaped but came back to her before she got home. I was at the garden and missed the fiasco.

Getting up to 78 ˚F next week so we must enjoy the cool weather while it's here. (ok you can start throwing things at me now)

There is a jeopardy condition
well, that's a new one... what, they ran out of coffee creamer at the diner?

Don, I sent that video to the head of my local garden club, who is also a Master Gardener, and said
this is what we can do if we had more room. Instead we cram into a smallish room down by the River and
nothing but congestion and bad people flow, no room for push carts, etc.

28 degrees. Nice and warm here with heater toasting my left leg.
Not as good as a wood stove but it works. Cleaning ladies have left, house is quiet again.
Headed down to check on plants, trying not to get dirt on me before being taken to lunch at local CC.
Where I hope to find one of their kitchen workers, big guy, who does yard work on the side and have a little chat with him.

5°F and clear skies this morning, going up to 27° today. Upper 40s tomorrow. Forecast for Sat/Sun/Mon is 59/62/62. If nothing else, we're having an entertaining Winter this year.

Nice kitty pics. Our female cat can barely stand the male, so we don't get cuddle pics.

That's a lot of concrete, David. I'm sure you're glad to be done with that project.

11ºF was today's low, windchill -30ºF; 1ºF presently; 4ºF is today's anticipated high temperature, The kitchen hot water tap was a trickle this AM. I killed Wifey's hair dryer getting full flow. Luckily I still have a heat gun. I think a trip to the cellar is in order to make some adjustments to the brooding lights that I use as heaters as tomorrow morning it will be ~-9ºF. I really do need to finish the basement insulation project:embarrassed:

Billy- I believe the planets are Venus and Jupiter. Saturn may be going over to the morning group next if I remember correctly.

RNG- A decent example of the "Powerful Pear Shape". I do have mucker boots similar to his, but no shorts.

Was -1 this morning. Roads lot better than last nights drifts. still just tracks until the interstate, then all was well. School open but 2 hr delay.

51°F early this morning and overcast. Some rain expected with a high of 62° this afternoon.

Overcast is perfect for today ..... Property taxes are due at the Appraisal District Office today.

I guess I'll go do that this morning and run a few errands in town.

Planning on more tree trimming if wind and rain stay away.
