Got ahold of Apple. Turns out there is a setting in "Screen Time" that can remove "Touch ID & Passcode" from setting screen. Turned that nuisance off.
BTY there is another update out. :confused2:
Frustrating when a new "feature" is really a nuisance. Just to rub salt in an open wound, they enable the "feature" by default and there's no release note to read to tell you how to turn it off. Or even worse, there's no way to turn it off. Makes it pretty clear that Apple's cutting corners in the QC department, as they have been since Job's died.
