No way, you should be disqualified....:muttering::muttering:.....keeping Mac tools in a snapon box AND using a snapon impact wrench with Mac tools .

You’re right. That’s from my unorganized farming days. But that’s a Blue Point socket on the 3/8” Snap-on impact though....

I guess I could mail you my 3/8 set. I paid $150 off snap on truck. Better send them back or I would have to remove your drain plug too!

I think he turned the cylinder in his video?

Yes, and once the cylinder can be turned, then it can be removed. This is a variation of the bump key method of opening a lock with a key that does not exactly fit the tumbler pattern. Look up bump key on you tube. and be horrified. If they haven't taken these "how to" videos down.

I was checking to see if we had a Christmas miracle, but it seems the plug is still stuck.

Anyone else have something stuck that we can not solve for you? You can count on some good ideas, however

Well, I had a little problem with no drain plug. I got my new flail mower ready. Removed the fill plug and could not see any oil. I put the funnel in and filled the funnel full of oil. Looked back a little later and funnel was still half full of oil. Removed funnel and case is not full. It must have already been half full as needed. So now I need to drain some of it out. There is no other plugs on the case and I do not have a pump. Turned the mower up on end,(it is a ditch bank mower with tilt). After about 30 minutes, I got about 1/2 inch of oil out of it. It is thick and runs real slow. I will have to see a better way to check it in the future. I may just need to turn the pto on and let the oil warm up a little. And there could still be air pockets in the case.

So I may change my vote to just turning the tractor upside down. I know it will work.

Ever heard of a turkey baster? It's actually a very sophisticated pump.
