What do you do with used mower blades

I'm getting a large collection of worn-out mower blades. Every-time I decide to toss them into the recycle bin I remember they were about $15 each and think maybe I'll take up knife making. Anyone have a cool idea?

I scrap them. If I ever came up with any good ideas I could pick up a hundred from the mower shop scrap pile.

Now that is a bloody good idea. Something to plant in my brain-box for a future situation.
