I saw that vid earlier today, I don't know why he puts up with that, I sure wouldn't!

He took his A/C engine apart for a seep on the main bearing, I can't see him letting that leak make him give up as he says.

I posted a note on his Y-tube video stating I don't have issues with my M7060HDC12 popping out of park or any of the fluid issues on the back. He needs some adjustments by the dealer. Clearly if all the M7060 tractors have been spewing hydraulic fluid out the back, there would have been a major crap-storm on this forum about it by now. If all of them had been popping out of park, that would be a safety recall.

Agree HP. I have never had a problem with the Parking Brake or the Oil spewing issue. I have about 137 hours on mine and it's been used primarily to bush hog with. I hope he can get the oil leak issue corrected.

I posted on his video also. I can't believe that it is endemic to that model. Something is not right with that specific tractor. The parking brake issue could be operator error.

No way this is typical for ant Kubota, we have four, had five. My L5740HSTC was leaking oil, dealer picked it up, fixed and returned no cost. I can sure understand his frustration and he is handling it better than I. We have two dealers, one is great, other one I won't go near. I hope someone steps up and treats him right.

This guy has trouble with everything he buys. He changes something he doesn't think is right and then "butchers" what he thinks is a fix - then criticizes the manufacturer. This guy has trouble thinking things through.

Mbu,

Chuck has 457,000 subscribers to his channel. Guess your remark is a bit diluted in response. That is a boatload of

My only Kubota I have problems with is my RTV 1140 CPX. Really a design flaw. The air intake for the air filter and the radiator is set up so dust the front tires kick up goes right in there. I have to blow both out with compressed air very frequently or the machine will overheat on me. I really don't see a fix for this machine other than what i am doing.

Can you create a snorkel for the filter intake that moves the opening to a higher location out of the way of the dust?
It's done all the time with ATV's when the user wants to take it though deep water crossings.

I have a Mule Pro FX that doesn't have this dust issue.

Maybe. I've thought about doing that. They do not make any kind of kit through Kubota that I am aware of. It would be kind of a pain given where they are located as far as getting in and out of the back seat. I think I'll just deal with it and eventually sell it or trade it in on a new one. They changed the new ones to put the air intake/radiator in the front of the vehicle. The only thing now that saves me on the one I have is it just stays on my 234 acres so I'm not driving it on long trips and I can keep it cleaned out fairly easy.

I've been emailing with him. The parking brake is what it is, I don't care for it personally. The hydraulics are another matter. That's not normal, and I'm not sure he was getting good advice on resolving it.

Yeah, his dealers fix for the hydraulic oil spewing all over was a real head scratcher.

When one is using remote cylinders on their implements they have to be very careful about not letting those implements "overfill" their tractor's oil capacity by leaving their cylinders in an "unfilled" condition. This of course will cause the problems just like the guy in the video is having.

First thing I thought was it was overfilled...
Wonder if he used the correct fluid when maintenance was performed???
Is a pressure relief valve involved somewhere???
I've never seen this issue in anything I've ever run in 58 years...

The vent should be at the highest point in the un-pressurized part of the hydraulic system and it should have a check valve to prevent water from getting in (like an old pcv valve on a car). I suspect that his is clogged or has a bad casting that does not let if breathe and makes the fluid come out of the dip stick/filler hole. My excavator used to blow oil out around the fill plug until I found that the breather tube had turned into a bug condo. I evicted them and now it works as designed.

Makes sense to me. You would think that if this is the issue the dealer should be aware of the fix. I bet they have never seen this before.

I agree with this statement.

Its kind of a hard video to watch, fast talker, camera all over the place. Man this guy sure is flustered. lol.

With that said, I've had zero issues with my M7060 HD12.... He got a bad one.

I concur with this sentiment as well. The guy does good work with a welder, but Im usually cringing when I watch his decision making, mental flowchart in action. Seems like a decent fella, just IMHO needs to step back and think more before acting many times. Remember the old saying, "Measure twice, cut once."
