Unfair to impugn Mike Morgan's character. If YOU can point to a specific instance where Mike has proven to be deceptive or dishonest, then bring it forward.

How would YOU feel if a member publicly stated YOU were a dishonest person or withheld the truth. Would YOU feel insulted? So why would Mike feel any different?

The store In Morganton never has a RK24 on the lot.

The RK24 has been very popular, we have huge numbers inbound from the manufacturer, they began arriving this week. We simply sold out. All stores will be getting replenished

This is a good problem to have. Sound like the RK24 are hot right now. I’m sure it’s hard to figure out how much to stock up on. I can imagine different models sell better in certain areas. Is RK going to get the bigger 67 and 74 hp ones too or are you staying 55 hp and under.

We just launched the RK74 Power Shuttle with loader, $42,998 at eight RK Tractor Stores. Waverly, Heath, Circleville OH, Ashland, Maysville KY, Knoxville, Sweetwater, Maryville TN. Tractors there in stock.

Noticed this morning that my local RK had the inventory built back up. They actually have the setup I want. The RK37 with a backhoe w/thumb attachment. Waiting on my quote now with added grapple and 3rd function valve. I guess we'll see how much this turns out to be and if we can make a purchase!!!

NEW THREAD shows continued bias against RK, Even Messisk's, (supposedly a class outfit) gets in on the act w/ REAL TRASH TALK., 2 separate posts to date.

EDIT:
Threepoint, Thanks for your post, it is ok to have different opinions. Perhaps Messick's is preempting or beginning to feel concern as RK moves east.?
Kubota pricing seems to lack flexibility, and as market leader, that is their privilege.

In the meantime, difficult to ignore the longevity and significant capitalization and financial strength of both parties in the contract you reference. Believe RK's investment in inventory, assembly, parts and personnel has reached well into the millions.

Doubt they plan to "ignore the obvious challenge of long-term sustainability." your words.

NING:
FOR THE RECORD: I do NOT believe ANY Corporate Representative, actual employee of Kubota, would have made that reference about RK
The Japanese have a strict code similar to that of your employer.

RED ALERT: Batten down the hatches! Circle the wagons! (Or should I say tractors?).
Folks are actually talking about the 800 lb. gorilla in the room!

How in the world is it "trash talk" for Neil Messick to give his personal opinion on the issue any potential purchaser should be wondering about: Long term brand longevity and support? Especially with a private-label product offered by a retailer wholly reliant on a contract with a sole-source, third-party manufacturer.

I'm rooting for Rural King, as more competition is great for the consuming public, and they appear to be off to a good start. But let's not ignore the obvious challenge of long-term sustainability. That goes for any start-up tractor brand in an already crowded field.

As for Messick's post on how loader specifications are presented, this is nothing new, and hardly "trash talk" against RK. If you watch the Messick YouTube video from several months ago, you'll know Neil is an equal opportunity offender when it comes to evaluating loader specifications across brands.
