b3200 Kubota
I have a b3200 Kubota, I'm having issues when I lift it kicks back and if I have the tiller hooked up for weight I have to lift it every 10-15 min , anyone else experience this?

Is there a front end loader attached ?...although the dropping suggests an internal (3ph) cylinder issue...

Is the handle moving or is the 3pt bleeding down?
Make sure the feedback rod for the 3pt is intact and working correctly also, had this problem on an older kubota B7200 and adjusting the feedback rod correctly fixed the dropping issue.

Not sure if the adjustment procedure is listed in the owner manual or if you'll have to get a workshop manual.
That model of tractor also had some jerky 3pt issues when new but should hold position.

Yes there is a loader , it works fine

When the 3point lever is lifted it kicks back , also when lowered it pops back up .

Actually the handle kicks back when using it and the hitch also lowers by itself when not in use .

There's a friction nut that should keep the handle in position, sounds like it might be a little lose. If it's kicking back and lowering on its own the rod is out of adjustment, even with a leaking cylinder it should still maintain its height when running.

I had the same problems on a B7200 with position control, the handle would drop until I tightened up the pivot, would also kick and fight until I got the feedback rod adjusted right.
