Good morning!!!!

43°F and clear skies this morning, going up to 64° today. Supposed to get windy this afternoon and blow in some cooler air for tomorrow, then back to the more normal for this time of year 60s for the next week. And dry!

Wife called our propane supplier this week and got us locked into a full year at $1.49/gallon, based on the last year's usage. That's almost 40¢/gal cheaper than the on-demand price we have been paying.

Heard on the news this morning that the fatality from the Southwest incident was a woman who got sucked halfway out the broken window. Man ... isn't that every flier's nightmare. I'm sure the investigation will be thorough. I got to witness one up close during my time in aerospace after an F/A-18 crash. No stones are left unturned, and no documents left unscrutinized.

Wingspread the cobbler is sweetened and flavored with dates, bananas, cinnamon, and lemon juice. No sugar or syrup or non-nutritious calories - Ed, the recipe is in the Straight up Food's cookbook.

E- Berrie Cobbler?
Don't see it.

Sounds cardiolicious!

Stopped in at TSC yesterday to pick up a couple of things with my 10% off coupon...planned to get a 2.5 gallon jug of 41% gly...wow $90! I think I paid under $30 at Agri-Supply last year...so checked their website and GlyStar Plus was $43. Will stop by there on my way home next time I go south to turkey hunt.

I buy it in off brand here st TSC for under $50.

I’ve tried both the TSC Farm Works and the RM43. My perception is that is get an extended time kill with the RM43 over the other. Our TSC has the RM43 2 1/2 gallon for $75 or $79, a couple of times per year.

I would recommend the certified CBD oils from companies that have labs that do the testing of the components. My brother was buying from a company in the Seattle Washington area, each syringe had a label on it with percentage of the components. He was taking high enough doses that he wanted the one low in THC. He could get what he wanted to get high from marijuana stores, he wanted the oil (actually a paste) for pain management and healing. I would be very careful with purchasing online, lots of less than desirable products.

Thank you!

You are welcome. I also learned that the Dr. who put the program together has generously given permission to the local hospital to use any of the information in their cardiac rehab education class.

The information is out there and you will start to see cardiologist start to endorse plant based diet to their patients. In the past seven years I have seen a lot of cardiologist change the information they give to their patients. It kind of reminds me of when cigarettes were first declared unhealthy. A slow but definite process backed by many studies but resisted by the companies that had the most to loose and a very confused pubic who started to look critically at the studies backed by the tobacco industry.

Wife may have had a more comfortable night, let’s see how the day goes. CBD oil has shipped

RIP Mrs Bush - one of a kind. We’ll miss you.

Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day

Really, I didn’t see any difference except the price.
When doing the driveway I add a small amount of ground clear to the mix, way less than label directions, in case of drift. But it extends kill time by several weeks.

Randy, are you adding a surfactant? Really helps IMHO.

Drew- CBD derived from hemp is legal in all 50 states. The state laws vary as to the legality of CBD oil derived from a THC producing marijuana plant even if 100% pure CBD. Is CBD Legal? The Legal Status of CBD in 218 – CBD Origin – Medium

Don- There is a serious need for unbiased, real scientific research on medical marijuana not dictated by the political views and outcome expectations of the funding source(s). I do not put a lot of faith in research results derived from a research sample size of 1; like self reports. It's really hard to "quantify" some of the variables like "less pain," "more energy," etc. Also compounding test results is the "placebo effect" by the research subjects. I do occasionally get some interesting research from different MM programs. There are all kinds of new research studies on many of the chemical compounds recently found in marijuana.

A busy day with the dentist, obtaining notarized proof that I am still amongst the living and receiving my State Pension benefits , and getting my hairs cut. Another morning starting out with light snowfall. I still anticipate some frozen/freezing precipitation before the weekend.

My + thoughts, wishes, and prayers for all.

I didn't want to be strung out on liver destroying pain pills, so I tried MM and am just finishing off my first 2 liquid oz bottle of oil. I realise that I cannot imbibe of this stuff and drive too. The same as you aren't supposed to eat pain pills and drive too. So far I think this stuff is working better than the goobers, but time will tell. Mine is CBD heavy or THC light. Whichever way you want to look at it.

Thanks Jay.

unpleasant discovery of the sound of water running in the bathroom, and nothing found.
Only one thing, has to be a leak underneath and sure enough, after crawling in the access door into the crawl space, the pressure gauge on the new sprinkler pump
was spraying water everywhere. Hmmm, maybe it will tighten. Off goes the master valve and I tighten the gauge and its adapters into a plastic t fitting. Helped but still leaking.
Tightened a little more and that awful terrible sound............Crack!
High pressure water right in my face and shirt when the whole side of the t fitting broke out, cheap plastic junk. I'm trying to crawl backwards in a blast of water, got absolutely drenched, of course after taking a shower, and off went the master valve again. Plumber coming after work tomorrow, going to rethink that gauge. They put it in the pipe when I thought they were going to put it in on the pump. I really was surprised how weak and brittle that pipe was, and it was new too. And I have to water the garden tomorrow after planting melons and carrots all day that really have to be watered twice a day. Not good timing.

I almost went back out this afternoon and did some mowing but said tomorrow was another day. Everything but the tomatoes and peppers are now planted.
82 degrees today but getting pretty cool tonight and cool for next few days. Just a gorgeous day today.

Screwing an NPT threaded gauge into a plastic fitting is about like trying to get a wedge to tighten in a piece of straight grained poplar.
Tapered thread male in plastic needs a soft set pipe dope and just a bit over hand tight or they will frequently leak and then split the fittings.
Good luck

Major flush and cleaning of the hot tub. Refilling in hopes wife finds a bit more relief. Maybe the jets will help.

A little late today. The morning started out at 8* but it got up to the low 50' and sunny this afternoon, with almost no wind.

daugen... Sorry about the shower you got today, hope they get it fixed right this time. I hate working on the plumbing, I've have gotten wet a few times.

Made a trip to Rock Springs with a neighbor this morning. He was looking to buy a little trailer, but it wasn't quite what he wanted. We had a nice trip a way. He tells some good stories.

Hope everyone has a nice evening.
CWB.

L4N AKA Bill- There is a lot to learn from other cultures, past and present, as to the medicinal benefits of marijuana. Since there are no "standards," it becomes personal choice as to use and dosing. I hope you find your "mix" and can function.

To Drew and just about every frequent flier and their family members here- When it comes to pain management all legal options should be considered and tried. No one should have to live a life constrained by pain and limited mobility..

It's funny how MM works. The last time that I "toked" on an inhaler was ~3 years ago and now steroid free, I "toke" on something that does not stimulate and I can sleep at night with manageable neuropathic challenges... Another "case study of one."
