I use tbn app on android. Works good.I've found that just using the phone's web browser is good enough. The TBN app, at least for the iPhone, is outdated and hasn't been updated in years.

It's yours, no charge. Call over anytime to collect
Ed, you've had a rough row to hoe.Good morning all, 28 going to 47 with a 30% chance of snow this morning then sunny. Rain snow this weekend. Wife got prednisone and an antibiotic for her lips. Dr said it was likely a bac infection. Mom was a little better yesterday too. Thanks so much for the prayers. Enjoy the new wheels and everyone have a great day. Ed
Darn it, i missed breakfast. I'll be up by the crack of 10, woke with a leg cramp.25 this morning, no wind at all right now. 48 later. Gotta get moving, big breakfast at 8 35 miles away.

This article on Brazil nuts cautions that they are also high in saturated fat. So it's two edged sword. Did your source cite the study that found such startling benefits, Don?
It also looks like Brazil nuts are high in oxalate, not good if you're prone to kidney stones.
60 degrees going for a high of 81 today. I started working on the lawns yesterday, doing some dethatching with the Mantis tiller dethatching attachment, and mowing with the bagger. I also made one small error and fell on the concrete steps at the back of the shop and did a back flip off there onto the grass. As I was falling, I was thinking "sure hope nothing breaks." So I was so terribly tired and sore that I went to bed at 5 p.m. yesterday, moved from the bed to my recliner about 2 a.m. this morning, then slept until after 5 a.m. And surprisingly enough, almost no soreness this morning, so I better get out there and get back to work on the yard. I did the front yesterday, now need to work on the backyard.
Randy and Jay, thanks for bringing my senses back. I was really perturbed at the "system" when "venting" on my previous post. At this point, I don't think I would even be able to last 10 min. working on the project. It is definitely on hold. I have appts. scheduled w/ ortho and we'll see what he says. I just have a hard time "taking it easy".
Anyway, supposed to be like a spring day today, then cold and windy tommorow.
Ed, glad to hear Mom and wifey doing better.
All those needing prayers, they are sent.
Have a great day everyone!
Off to see the 6 year old’s basketball game.
Here is another new fact of the day from Julieanne Hever's book "Idiots Guide to Plant-Based Nutrition". (second edition) (She held cooking classes on the Cruise.)
"In one clinical study, a single serving of Brazil nuts (20 grams or approximately 4 nuts), significantly lowered LDL-c ("bad" cholesterol) and raised HDL-c ("good" cholesterol) within 9 hours of consumption, and these new levels remained for 30 days."
