Good morning!!!!

It got down to -3 some time last night but was +6 when I got up. Yesterday was in the mid 40's and sunny all day with the wind making it feel colder. Today is going to be about the same. Sunny and in the 40's with 10-15 mph wind.
The weather man on TV last night said the we are at 80% of normal for precipitation so far this year. I thought we were lower than that.

Still working on some small things around here.

Everyone in the path of storm on the east coast, stay safe.

This is not supplements it's small plant based meals.
I don't do diets without research backing them. There has been an independent verification.

The study consisted of 100 people and was conducted at the University of Southern California Longevity Institute and Diabetes and Obesity Research Institute, and sponsored by the National Cancer Institutes (NCI) and National Institute on Aging (NIA) of the National Institute of Health (NIH). Fasting-mimicking diet and markers/risk factors for aging, diabetes, cancer, and cardiovascular disease | Science Translational Medicine "

I agree with you on diet research and health. I would like to see hundreds of studies involving thousands of people.

This diet requires a doctor's approval now in it's early stages.

There are more studies being conducted all over the world it is still early. The fact that a Plant based Cardiologist recommend it got me looking into it.

I will be watching for the results of more of the studies.

I stand corrected, I googled it and either I spelled it wrong or there is some very misleading info on the internet about it.

Our car has that feature. I checked once to see if it worked; it did. And if I wanted to use it, I'd probably have the get the manual out and read again to see how to do it.

Press Lock. Then Press Start.

It looks like our road is closed due to some accident down the hill. It has some nasty poorly banked curves that only a motorcycle rider would like..... Nice drop-offs too and one exposed part of the road is constantly drifted over. Some heavy duty crane(?) vehicle just unloaded from its trailer and started going back up the road.

Every family around here in the "Hill Towns" has at least 1 AWD and/or 4WD vehicle.

One of the benefits of retirement is not having to travel in this weather. I do not even move snow at night with the tractor anymore; everything can wait to daylight.

Good Morning!!!! 48F @ 7:00AM. A mix of clouds and sun. High 63F. Winds SSE at 5 to 10 mph.

Hope both you and the boy like his new doctor, Ed. The old one sounded like a real stinker.

I can't wait 'till you're busy as a one armed paperhanger trying to keep up with your harvest, Drew.

Also hope those in the northeast take it easy in trying to deal with all that heavy snow. It may tie things up for a few days, but that's nothing worth dying over.

I really liked the heated seats and steering wheel in the last car I had, just like I liked 'em on the only motorcycle I purchased new. But I hated the sunroof. Didn't like the sun shining through the roof into my eyes, and it made the roof so low I was always brushing my head on it. That made me slouch in the seat, then my back hurt. But like others have said, at the trim level needed to get the heaters, the sunroof was mandatory. Never again.

Very pleasant day yesterday weather wise, with sunshine and mild temperatures and wind. Used some Bondo to smooth up the Vanagon console, then gave it a nice thick coat of sanding primer. Then I changed the gooseneck like fittings around on the old motorcycle so there would be less reach to the handlebars; I'd put them on backwards a few weeks ago and hadn't noticed until I sat on it for the first time the other day. That meant undoing all the turn signal wiring and grip on one side, which was tedious but relatively straight forward. Using compressed air to float the grip off is a trick I learned years ago that still works like magic. Also got the clutch cable hooked up, but need to do some machining on the bolt that serves to adjust play at the back of the transmission. The bike didn't come with one, so I have to figure it out from the part it mates with.

Hope everyone enjoys their Hump Day!

All my sunroof equipped vehicles have had a cover that slides over them to keep the sun out. Even my T top cars had covers you could pop in.

As for seat heaters, most cloth seat cars can be ordered with seat heaters, Pontiac offered them on the Torrent way back, Subaru has offered heated cloth seats for many years, and most do now, you still have to order some up cost package though.

No! Cannot be! EVERYTHING on the Internet is TRUE?

You’ve ruined my whole day Randy. Hope you’re happy?

I’m waiting for you to ruin the Tooth Fairy and Santa Clause next?

Rain. Looking forward to tomorrow and Friday, which is partly cloudy, no rain. Doubt I can get up the hill with the Goldoni, but when the suns out I can at least cut up fallen trees up there.

Anyone else have pure clay soil that turns to mushy mud in the spring?

Press Lock. Then Press Start.

Almost right, Ron. On this 2017 Ford Escape you have to press that start button twice. You reminded me enough that I didn't have to get the manual out. That Start button even has "2X" in a circle on it. I figure most northern folks use that feature in the Winter to let the car warm up inside a bit. Down here, it's for the summer to let it cool down inside first.;)

I get to use it summer and winter.
