12 below zero going to a high of 18 Wind E 7 mph and snow in the forecast for today and tonight. I am ready for it. Driveway scraped down to the ice and tractor fueled and greased. I took a peek at the weather on Friday evening for Toronto and by the time this system passes they could get 10". That is a good thing, keep those city idiots down there. and you wonder why I call doctors quacks?

32 right now....high in the mid-30's and rain today.
Today (in about 2 hours), I'll start clearing the snow from the drive, walks and deck. After that, a store run, if the wife still wants to go.
Neighbor didn't ask about pulling his Gator out...after I get done my work, I guess I'll stop over there and ask....

Good Morning! 33˚ only getting to 40˚ today. Today is TURKEY day. The women in our small (60 members) church bake a turkey and bring it to church, after church we sell what we don't eat, usually about 1000 plates. My wife is in charge of the tea. (the only non-meat dish) She make 10 gallons of unsweet tea and 15 gallon of "Southern" Sweet Tea. By the way there are 7 pounds of sugar in 5 gallons of sweet tea. I just get to collect money and empty the trash. We are usually sold out by noon so I'll come home before I get too hungry, but it sure smells good in there.

Ron, I had a good experience with Costco for Hearing aids (about 1/2 price). You must get the remote that hangs around your neck under the shirt. You can operate the remote through your shirt to adjust volume and change channels (filters). It also used to pick up and hang up your phone.

Ron, I had a good experience with Costco for Hearing aids (about 1/2 price). You must get the remote that hangs around your neck under the shirt. You can operate the remote through your shirt to adjust volume and change channels (filters). It also used to pick up and hang up your phone.

Currently my wife has a Sam's Club set. Previous set was Costco. They lasted 10 years. About the same price. Not sure where I will go when the time comes.

My old weather station was a true stand alone and still cool, but now I feel like a high tech redneck!
64 already here and wind is picking up, vast majority of rain has missed us to the north and west, it’s training over the same areas.
