Problem with order

Good morning. On 12/15/17 I ordered a part from the store on this web site. When I look up the status of the order it is marked 菟rocessing? I have been unable to contact anybody at tractorbynet either by email or phone.
Any suggestions.

I believe the "store at the top of the page" changes. Those are ads placed by different tractor companies.

Just received a call from Tractorbynet about the missing part. They have shipped the part, apologized for the delay and refunded the shipping charges. Great customer service. Thanks
