That one looks good. Will it fit your tractor ? Kinda expensive tho.....maybe a farm auction place will have something.
Good Luck.

I too had a hand crank leveling arm. It was on a 1964 David Brown 880.
Could easily adjust from the operators seat.

I have found several folks that make them. Here is a link to one.
Not sure this will fit yours though.

Try googling "lft arm leveling" or some variation thereoff.

If you have a rear remote, you can get them that operate hydraulically.

Thanks for the help.
Maybe they will make something that doesnt need to be modified.
Im fine with standard but I really like the crank handle.

The Grand L Kubotas come equipped with one of those, so they should be available from a Kub dealer. Probably not cheap. Kubota 3 point hardware also shows up on Ebay pretty often. My L4610 had one and it was very handy.

I just priced out the crank style leveling box from one of the older grand L kubotas to use on my new L3901 and the dealer priced it out at $571!!!!! Crazy money considering all the others I have found were around $100 give or take.

Some tractor salvage yards accumulate old Kubota hulks and sell used parts like this online much cheaper than new. Keep checking Ebay, etc., if it's not there the first time you look.

For $571 you could have a hydraulic side link. Well... almost.

If he has the rear remote, then it would be less than $571.

$400 for the side link.
$55 for the hose kit.
$15 for the flow restrictors.
??? UPS shipping costs. (probably around $40)

Just comes down to what a person wants. ;)

Maybe something will come along in time.

I used the crank style side link on my old L3430. In my experience it loaded up with debris frequently and was difficult to lube & clean. I much prefer the newer type which came standard on the L6060. I now use one on each side for a greater range of adjustment.

I'm not sure if it will fit the smaller L's though. I can provide dimensions if you need them.

Here's a link to the Messicks parts page. Kubota L6:cool:HST Parts Diagrams

I paid around $200 for it.

Sounds great.
Thanks for the reply.
I think I can run that idea by the dealership and see what they say.

My JD 1070 has one. No matter what the crank handle position is, the end of it will hit me in the head when hooking up an attachment.

Liked the one on prior tractor (64 David Brown 990). with crank handle similar to this one.

Would not work well on current Kubota since the ROP makes accessing the lift arms cumbersome fro the operator position and I have long arms.

Would like top and tilt, but can't convince myself to spend the $$s on adding rear remotes.

I was looking for a leveling box for my L3901 and found your post which led me to Weaver's Compact Tractor Parts as well. I bought one but had to make some modifications to it for it to fit. It has really worked well for me. I have attached a picture of it and here's a link to a video on how to modify it to fit a Kubota L Series tractor.

Thats interesting. I wonder if it requires any modifications.
Thanks for the tip but I cant seem to find one.

The Kioti side links that are from the same frame size as your tractor have clevis tops, not ball swivels like the Kubota. To get a side link to actually interchange properly, you need the same or similar working lengths, same top type connection and same lower clevis and angles. To get all of these things from a different model is unlikely let alone from a different make.

My guess would be no matter what you find, some sort of modification will-should be made.

Good luck with your search.
