overnight light rain showers moving out, should be a nice day today and tomorrow and then the forecast is very wet.
Which actually is good unless one likes to mow the lawn in clouds of dust.
headed downtown to bank, realized yesterday after paying housecleaners I had three one dollar bills in my pocket. That won't take any of us very far.
A medium chocolate and vanilla soft ice cream cone for three bucks. Sounds better than a tube of #2 grease...

Even if both are needed...
Actually I bought a case of grease when it was on sale, moly blend,
black sticky stuff seems to leap out on my clothes, bottoms of my arms, even an elbow at times. But I had no desire to pay a dollar+ more per tube and get the same stuff
colored JD green. I had to chuckle when I first greased my mower with that grease. I looked at the green color and thought you have to be kidding. Talk about Green Pride...
but perhaps that's how the techs know "their" grease was used.
I have used the red tacky grease for many years but have settled on plain black moly because that seems to meet all the specs.
Now if only they made a tube of grease that never ran out...
RS, why don't you kick back this weekend and just relax.
Did you ever post a pic of your finished grapple? I think that's what your were working on...the Eiffel Tower.
I special ordered some eclipse stamps. Kinda gimmicky (of course) as they change colors in the light.
Hope they didn't cost more than they are sold for...government job.
So I have my glasses and my stamps and I'm a genuine eclipse geek.
Charleston SC is the closest big city near here that is right under the path. Should be about 80 percent here, just North of the path.
