40 here and looking at a high of 58 with a 30% chance of showers. Wind ESE 19 mph. 30% chance of showers.
The roof ridge cap is re-caulked.
I gotta haul that and the scrap tin from the roof to the dump. The return trip will find me at the hardware store getting new Roxal insulation to replace the wet stuff in the attic. I am going with 6 bags @ $50./bag. I don't need that much, but I am also adding insulation to the attic. There is already 4" of blown in there and I am adding R-24 to that. Over the living room and my bedroom and 1/2 of the bathroom is done. So we will carry on with that and should get the middle bedroom and part of the north bedroom done. Then all that will be left is the kitchen and in front of the front door.
I changed direction re the new Jeep garage. The existing one will stay. The D-I-L wants a green house and we will use the Shelter Logic frame work and the floor for that. I need 6 loads of pitrun gravel anyway and will place that near the trees and the new S-L garage can go there. That will give the garage some protection from (a) the afternoon sun and (b) the wind. The lumber and 4x4's that came I will put in the greenhouse along with some more.
I will move the snowblower out of the way and the tri-axles can back right up to where I want it dumped.
DABSGT; I have a home for that BB in my Jeep.
You guys in the torrential downpours, try to stay dry.
Have a good day all.
