Can anybody tell me who makes this tiller? I need to get some replacement tines/teeth for it

Might want to get in touch with a farm supply store. They may have access to tine dimension data and be able to find some for you. I have done that in the past.

it has a lot of Chinese writing on that 1st pic, best thing is to measure your bolt holes....don't know what my tiller is either but I got landpride tines to fit
