Just finished and excellent dinner of broiled butterflied pork chop, homemade smashed potatoes, and whole kernel corn in some butter. I'll will make up, for my sins, with a Jack Daniels and a gluten free cigar on east patio, watching the moon rise.

You do not want to negate the benefits of exercise with the wrong foods.
