Great customer service from Surplus Center!

Thought I would let folks know about my positive experience with Surplus Center. I ordered a small engine from them, and unfortunately it was smashed up pretty bad and destroyed in shipment.

I emailed Surplus Center with pictures and my sob story, and they sent me a new one! No lengthy return process or requiring me to pay for the return.

What a great company! They have a customer for life!

I've dealt with them for several years now, never a problem. First class company in my opinion.

I have been ordering from them for a long time and have been happy with them!
Who was the shipper?
I got an 8 hp Honda engine shipped by UPS and the mounting flanges on the bottom were broken and assembly oil was coming out!
I think when something that looks heavy comes down the conveyor they just step back and let it hit the ground.

Im on my 4th order from them this year. Never a problem either. I live in PA. and usually get the package in less than a week! Thats coming from Nebraska! They have been great to deal with. I also like the fact they have their entire inventory listed on their website. Great prices on all sorts of neat stuff. I highly recommend!

I placed my first order with them in December and not being familiar with hyd p umps ordered incorrectly. They were closed for Christmas when I found my error but when they returned and I reached them they were great to deal with on my mistake. Had to pay shipping back but it was my mistake and to me fair. Did get a pump that suited my need ordered.
