I very much dislike seat safety switches on my tractors, but perhaps dump bed safety switches for trucks would be a good idea?

Pressure switch set to 300PSI teed into the "up" hydraulic line?Lots of newer cars and trucks have certain things that become inoperable after exceeding 5MPH or similar. Similar could be fashioned for them, an alarm that sounds if they exceed a set speed without the bed fully lowered.
And why the heck don't these people with dash cams race up beside these trucks and waive them over if they can do it safely? It's like they are voyeurs waiting for the accident. I try to help out fellow motorists if a tie strap is dragging along the back, and for sure I would be working double time to catch up and potentially save a life in these kinds of events.
Dump trucks often dump while driving slowly, so a cutoff switch wouldn't work. Maybe something like a backup alarm would do it. Even a big red light on the dash when the bed is up would help.
