That tractor is like using a BAZOOKA to kill a FLY!

I believe it might already have been said, but the loader cap. on the 2610 is @ 1200 lbs. and 1800 on the 35/4010.

Yes. If the difference in price between the 2610 and 3510 is really just $1000 that is a good reason to upgrade.
The CK3510 is an upgrade of the popular CK35.

However, I still see no reason to go up to 40 hp in this frame size. I rather doubt it's possible to put that much power to effective use given the wheel sizes even if ballast and four wheel assist is engaged. Time will tell but I can spin the wheels of my much heavier DK40se which has much bigger rubber so I imagine that the extra power will be tough to control in a smaller frame CUT.

Congrats on the new tractor. I moved up from a 1997 Cub Cadet 7275 HST 27 HP tractor/loader to a NX4510 HST a few weeks ago and will never look back at that decision. The power/lifting capacity increase over my previous smaller tractor was so big that I wish I had made this purchase years ago. I looked at the 40HP Kioti' but found that my 6 foot brush hog needed just a bbit more PTO HP to do the job right. I found such a superb deal on the NX4510 HST that I couldn't pass it up. The new tractor is so much more quieter than my old one. It gets better fuel economy and mows a lot faster than my old tractor. I hope you enjoy your new machine.

So tractor was delivered and everything went well. Only put about 2 hours on it this weekend piddling around, but I can see how useful it is going to be. Very excited and wish that we had done this four years ago when we moved out here.

One note, though. It seems that there was alot of confusion about the rear remotes. The options sheet shows "4 port remote hydraulic valve", and I thought it meant that it will be two sets of remotes, or enough connections to power two hydraulic implements. My dealer said it was not, and that they had cleared it up with Kioti before, as well, that there is only a single connection in back and to get two sets I would have to buy another set. I was confused, and a little sad, but I called Kioti customer service to double check. Again, they said it will only be a single remote. Well, lo and behold when the tractor showed up it had TWO SETS of connections at back, with two control handles in the operator's station. So the dealer and Kioti were wrong. You can't beat the price for two sets of remotes for $400. Very excited and now looking to price a hydraulic top link and getting the connections to rent a grapple just to try it out.

Don't waste money renting a grapple. Just buy one. Nobody regrets getting a grapple if they are doing any work at all clearing land. The Everything Attachments 50" compact grapple would be a great match. Ignore their very conservative horsepower rating as your tractor has the same loader and weight as a 30hp tractor so it will be fine.

It sounds like your dealership 'made it right' for what they knew you wanted. You're happy and they've got a loyal customer who'll 'talk them up' and add to their reputation.

When my 4105 was wetted-up & delivered, most of my implements hadn't arrived yet (the lament of living on an island). Anyway, they installed my FEL 3rd function for the 4in1 bucket but the tractor was delivered with a standard bucket until it arrived. When it did arrive, the FEL side couplers were the wrong size = the dealership couriered the correct ones to me as soon as I rang them... no charge and within 3 hours of calling! I'm a 1.5 hr drive from them.

No truer words were ever said...
Unless renting just to figure out what type size you need , although I believe there is more than enough info on TBN to figure that out.

I was looking into a 50" grapple at EA and the prices where good except I live in Canada and it would cost me a fortune to get one there. Can't seem to find anything in Canada. Any Canucks out there know where to get one at a decent price in Ontario. I will phone my Kioti dealer and see what they can get.
