2016 Truck Crash Test

/ 2016 Truck Crash Test #2
So GM has four vehicle models listed , and Ford only has one , did the other Fords fail and not be even shown on chart.......... the report is poorly written and seems to imply that only Ford model with front collision avoidance option managed the top rating, (after failing badly the previous year they pulled up their socks) .............but then when has insurance writers ever been clear in their writings. Good to know but take it with qualifiers galore.

News has nothing good to say about the Ram 1500... Like you may get killed if you hit a mail box.

Speaking of failures, apparently you failed to read the first line of the report which stated the following:
http://www.iihs.org/iihs/news/desktopnews/tough-test-for-pickups-ford-f-150-nabs-lone-good-rating-for-small-overlap-protection said:
Three out of seven large pickup trucks IIHS evaluated in a new round of crash tests earn an acceptable or higher rating for occupant protection in a small overlap front crash
Being as there are only 7 pickups listed, saying that they tested other Fords, but didn't include them is a fail...
Here is why Dodge got a "Poor" Structural/Lower Leg & Foot rating:

Here is why Ford for a "Good" Structural/Lower Leg & Foot rating:

Did they even test the 2016 Regular Cab or SuperCrew F150?

Hmmmmmm I didn't say they failed , I asked "did they fail" and stated it was poorly written report.
Seems reading is a common failure. Quite frankly the Chev and the GMC models are the same truck (at least frame wise)... so actually they could of just as easily tested two GM models and added in a second Ford model. But I guess it is easy to see why the test was posted. (here at TBN and there)
