Nope.. A Howard is a post granny. Slows ground speed, but not pto.

An 851 and a small tiller might work due to the extra hp, but a 641 & a big tiller would only work in soft pre turned soil.

That is an awesome looking 55 year old tractor for factory paint. If it not having a live clutch is a non issue it will be next to impossible to find one that looks that nice. In another 55 years it will be worth more than the $5K mower below I expect.

My Dad bought one new in 1959 I believe, was just a pup then so might miss a year or so. Here's me running it pulling a baler and wagon with my Dad stacking, circa 1960. Baled thousands of bales with that combination as a kid. I looked for one, like you, just for nostalgic reasons but haven't chased one down. I'm afraid I'd be disappointed as they are pretty crude.
