Signing off next week on a Kubota BX25D comes with loader, back hoe with mechanical thumb and 3 point hitch set up. $22,500 plus taxes. Sound right for up here?

Sounds high - too close to MSRP. You should be able to get it closer to $20,000.

We don't get much negotiation on the price around here but negotiating for additional implements works. If the dealer won't budge on the price maybe a mower deck or other implement you can use.

You have to understand that he is a Canadian, earning Canadian dollars for a living, and paying in Canadian dollars. So, him $20k Canadian to him is just like you paying $20k U.S.

I just priced one out this morning here in northern Alberta. $20952 for bx25 with loader, backhoe, 12" bucket, 3pt hitch, mechanical thumb, tool box and LED lights on ROPS. That is cash price, not including tax. Price jumps to $24500 if financed. Hope that helps.
