Go to the review section for that item.... [ 19-1/2 In x 14-1/2 In 200 lb. Capacity Polypropylene Dolly ]

CONS
Can't handle heavy loads (4)
BEST USES
Moving heavy objects (4)
Yeah. First four negative reviews: "Broke first use, broke under 70 lb box of paper, broke as 140 lb toolbox added, 75 lbs and it cracked instantly, two dollies under a 100 lb object and destroyed both of them". My experience wasn't unique.

I have, and like, both the large and small wooden dollies. I recommend those.

Does HF have a return policy for failed tools? I never have bought anything there so I don't know.

Hand tools are lifetime, everything else is 90 days, pneumatic and electrical tools along with bigger items like jacks and presses you can buy extended warranties for. Anything goes wrong with it you can bring it back and get a new one for no charge, but the new one you get isn't warranted any longer.

Don't buy this!!! 19-1/2 In x 14-1/2 In 200 lb. Capacity Polypropylene Dolly Presently $9.95 with coupon. Took it home, looked at the reviews that said it broke easily, stepped onto it ... and split it in two pieces before I reached near my 180 lbs weight. It didn't have any greater resistance than crushing a cardboard shoebox. Avoid.
Agreed. Bought one... broke first use. Stick with their wooden ones. Got several and they are adequate.

Wooden ones are decent but not up to the rated 1000 pounds, had one under my 700lb ballast barrel, wheels didn't last moving it about 20 feet on cement

Yep, it the casters that pretty much determine rating.
