Great service from Messicks

I just want to give a big positive shout out to Neil Messick for personally working out some issues re: the order of my B2601. I've done business with them before for parts and was always happy with their prices and service. I spoke to Neil re: my tractor order that wasn't to my satisfaction and he corrected it immediately. As a small business owner myself, I really appreciated his attention to the issue and the resolution he offered.

I have bought parts through them, and came really close to buying a new Case 75C from him last year. He gave me a lot of good info and advice. I didn't end up buying the tractor, yet, but when I am finally ready I will most likely be buying from them.

I've bought two new machines from Messicks within the last 5 years, and I was happy with the pricing and service I received during both transactions. They make it worthwhile for me to drive nearly 4 hours away to do business with them. I do wish they were closer when I need parts, although they ship things fast. I agree, Neil and the rest of the crew are great people to do business with.

I get all my Landpride parts from them. Faster and easier doing it online. I don't even know if they have the best prices, but for the service I get, I don't even shop around.

One of Messicks dealerships is not too far from me. Last time I ordered parts to be picked up at that location. When I called to see if the parts were in, the guy I talked to said they were in, and he noticed I lived near him, and he brought them to his house so I just had to pick them up there instead. I also order parts for my dad and have them shipped to him since it's hard for him to get out any more.

Good point JT. Let's just say, after all the negotiations with a salesman, I felt that I needed to speak to the boss for the best deal. Neil was available and easy to work with and aimed to maintain Messicks great reputation of service. The main sticking point was around the cost of the 3rd function valve installed. It all worked out and I couldn't be happier.

I have purchased a used L3130 from them, and misc. parts, and feel like they are a good dealer to work with. Very fair pricing, and service is about as good as you could hope for!

I purchased my L4740 and ZD326p from Messicks, great service, delivered both machines over 200 miles each way. I also purchase all my parts from them and soon will be ordering a rubber cutting edge for my 7' Kubota snow plow. Messicks also sells Stihl Chain saws, another weakness I have. I only wish they were closer, best Kubota dealer in the eastern US.

I definitely agree. Dealing with Messick's is just so easy. They're great communicators and bend over backwards to meet reasonable customer requests. I just received my Kubota B2601 from them yesterday and it was just the way I wanted it. I asked for a few parts for the 50 hour service and they just rolled into the overall price and threw in a few gift items. I also found the service guys very competent doing the set-up and even the delivery guy helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Full disclosure: I'm not affiliated with them in any other way than being a regular customer.

I traded in my B7510 for a B2920 two years ago and they gave me a deal that made it well worth the 3.5 hour drive to pick it up.

Called Monday and they overnighted a new ignition switch for my Boomer 8N. When the rain stops from Tropical Storm Bill I can put it in.

I have a problem with one of my Pioneer quick attach fittings for the 3rd function valve, drip drip drip. I emailed Messicks. They recommended tightening the fitting and using tape if necessary to stop the leak. I tried both to no avail. They're sending out the fitting first thing tomorrow morning at no charge. Messick's is serious about their customer service!
