Yes the plow works well. That amount of snow is about all it can handle. But it's impressive how much snow it will move.

ATV will work fine as long as you keep up with the snow fall.I have had one for many years,before any-one in the area had one.Now they are quite common.

That has been my experience as well. I prefer the atv plow over plowing with my tractor! What kind of atv do you have?

Looks like a powder snow, but mix sleet an freezing rain they don't work to good.

Another vote for that. Had my days of open tractor/3 point blower and trying to play the wind. But the OP is in Kentucky, probably not worth the expense there.

That reminds me of posing with my Grizzly. I don't miss it at all. I'l take the heated cab of my Ford Ranger any day

Looks like my setup, too. I have fun moving snow on the atv, I do on the JD, too, but it's a different kind of fun! We have had a crazy, hardly-any-snow winter in Dakota this year, the JD blower/blade has been very quiet.
