You must buy a John Deere 4066R to get ePTO.

The manual shows 540e as an option, with the shift lever occupying the last slot where the remote hydraulic levers are.

Yeah, I didn't ask about it when I bought mine, but started wondering if it's available here in the states and if it's something that can be added after the fact. However I would have to come up with something different to mount the lever sense I installed 3 remotes.
