Thanks Y'all! I have been blessed and I thought I needed to pay it forward. I have on the white disposable coveralls, so I am not getting that dirty. We have went through a lot of rubber gloves though.
I would hate to do this in the summer, when you are trying to stay cool and yet............are a grease ball up the arms to the short sleeves. Guess any time is a bad time for this.

Kyle...........don't even think about getting me under a car to do this........and there is a lot of under the vehicle time connecting and disconnecting. At least I can get me and a creeper up under the truck with it's height.

Blueriver..............I don't wanna tackle any dirty diesel jobs either. Only reason I offered my services on this engine......................is cause I had done it back in 89 or 90.

I'll help y'all with anything doing with welding, fencing, eating, or digging in the dirt. But not car or truck work.
hugs, Brandi

Light freezing rain this morning just starting to form little ice sickles on the fence .. Hope it don't last long!!

We've got 33 degrees going for a high of 42 and I just went out and dumped about .48" of rain out the gauge. I think the rain's over, but there was still a pretty heavy mist in the air.

woke up to a strong thunderstorm after midnight. Lightning cracking all around, power went out for a moment. Amazing all the stuff that resets nowadays after an outage. Kitchen appliances, DVR's, computers...

Got a cold 2.5" of rain. Not good for the already full pond. Cold rain apparently does not have much oxygen in it and can cause a fish kill, plus the 35 F cold influx doesn't help the fish IMO.

Have burned all my firewood. :( Need to split more. We are all electric. when the power goes out, we have no heat except wood. So I'm thankful the power only went out for a moment.

Stay warm all.

My Cowboys lost today. Bummer. They had a good season. Still don't agree with "The Reversal".

Not a Cowboys Fan but, Des was robbed!

The officiating during these playoffs has been garbage. Karma for how the Boys benefited from last week's game against the Lions.

Dennis,
It will be tough on any man in my life now. I would calm it down a bit for the right guy;). Maybe someday, the Good Lord will bring me a Cowboy from Florida.:)

Anyway, this is what I started for my holiday project............fencing. 12-26-14 Wood Fence Finished.jpg12-24-15 Brandi on Trailer with Fence Boards.jpg I wanna fence in my place up to the gully for my Heeler to roam free. The wood privacy fence is just on one side. The rest of my fence will be non climb 4 foot horse fence with a corral board on top, like the fence around the island/duck pond is.

.............and more photos from my unplanned holiday engine change........in the wet and cold. I got it timed yesterday, but had Brady drive the truck to my repair garage (where I go when I don't have the time or want to!) to let them check some things out, as the truck can't get over 40mph. Not sure if it is an accelerator cable needing changed, or the timing..........retimed.

Cowboys played great the 1st half, got way slopy in the second half, game shouldn't have came down to one play with Dez. They should have went for a short slant and not the less % shot to the EZ. BUT Dez did get robbed, so did the team and fans.

Officials deciding games not good but seen to be numerous questionable calls this playoff season. Dallas did not play to their potential. Everybody I've pulled for so far has lost. Guess now I should pull for Pats so they will lose

Buppies--In that case I'll pull for the Pats, too.

OK-OK.....The rain has been much needed but a little sunshine would be appreciated. MIL is in town(her last week) and she's not helping my cabin fever and sunshine depravation, and it's too muddy outside to get much done.
