Give it another 30 years or so LOL David Sent from my iPad Air using TractorByNet

That's what I am afraid of. Laughing.
No it would have been fine but I have some family history of problems about this age and I got into a bacteria that has some of the same symptoms and it took 7 months for them to listen to me and check for the bacteria. Kept telling me things didn't make since. My test said I was healthy but I had symptoms. Confused. I kept saying then look some where else. Finally told doc that if he wouldn't take a different approach I would find one that would. That's when he found the bacteria. The bacteria did some damage that's repairable but takes time and medicine to do. So everything is looking to be fine. Now.

Shhh. 30-year-old's don't yet believe getting old happens, or if they do, it's just a fuzzy concept. Let farmer2009 enjoy his bliss while he may.

well gosh the answer is right in front of us. He was born in 2009 so he is only 5; no wonder he is so chipper...;)
A mature five year old I might add and talented with a tractor too...what is in today's cereal?

losing power in cold weather sure creates work if it lasts too long

17F, probably won't get much colder tonight.

Milos has been improving through the day thank goodness. Still limping a lot but getting around.

Yeah, Buffalo. Seven dead now they are reporting. That kind of snow onslaught makes the smallest thing a battle and wears a person down to real tired real quick. Good luck to those in that area.

I saw where the girl's basketball team that was stuck in the snow were rescued, but at least 5 other people had died. Too early for that much snow.

Hope it quits snowing too much where its piling up too high.

Hope your doggie gets better.

farmer2009, I think I might have still believed in Santa when I was 30. :)

Shoveled more snow. It now has covered up everything with a couple of inches of new stuff. Time to bring out the snowblower. In the am... Right now a hot shower, followed by a warm bed is in order.

Have a good one!!

I wish. :). When young you can't wait to get older. When older you wish you were younger with everything you know. I am at the age I wish I could stay at forever. Ive done a lot in a short time. Accomplished some of my goals and still have more to do.

Drew. 2009 is the year I started farming full time.

Hadn't heard about all this. That's bad news. Your right it's an early snow.

Seen a map yesterday 50% of the U.S. Had snow cover. Way to early.

Thanks. He will be 10 in a month. That's getting on for a large breed dog, they don't have long lives. A few make it to 12, very few to 14 years. The mortality rate starts rising around 8-9 years. As long as he is happy and can get around with just typical old man pains, it's good. He gets a little meloxicam as needed. That's a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory NSAID drug for dogs.
