I have a Bobcat 763 and water has gotten in the hydro fluid is there a drain location or locations that will purge the max hydro fluid? or is there a method of getting the hydro out and cleaning the lines?

Drain the main tank, drain the return filter housing. Don't change the filters yet. Refill with a cheap hydraulic oil with the correct spec., run the machine hard for a couple of hours to get the oil hot. Drain the oil and change all of the filters. I would not mess with any lines but if you do, do NOT touch the hydrostat lines it is not worth the chance of any contamination. What little water that is left in the system will evaporate out with use as long as no new water gets in. That's why it is actually good for the hydraulics not to run too cool. CJ

CJone is correct on the water removal procedure. My question is, were did the water come from or how did the water get in your system? Cleaning it won't help if the problem returns due to a missing vent cap, etc..

Or a oil to water cooler that is leaking internally. CJ
