Click Bond Mirror mounts

I used CS125 studs. They are 1.25in base diameter with a 1/4-20 by 1in long threaded and I double nutted them. A simple locknut would be a bit cleaner. Probably should cut the protruding stud flush but I got lazy. Obviously you could go shorter but these are most popular size/length and Electrical Hub always has stock of these.

Yep - I ran by our local Fastenal and bought some locknuts and it worked GREAT! The guys at the store were also really interested in that "weird fastener" that I was using and I mentioned they should be selling them!

Actually Fastenal does purchase Click Bond product but I believe it is for specific customer/applications... not stocked for the walk in customer.

So the question boils down to... where is the best place for us TBN members to buy 2 or 4 click bonds for this mirror mount? And adhesive, too, I guess.

You mentioned the Flight Shop, and they have them, but any place that wants an RFQ instead of giving a price doesn't want to deal in 1s and 2s.

Dragoneggs is the expert so I would defer to him for a much better answer that I can provide. I bought the little Click Bond packs that have the rip and squeeze "glue" packets that are pre-measured and they worked out great. I did 3 mounts for another project on one packet and I seem to recall there being a little left over but as I said Dragoneggs is the man to ask.

Try electricalhub.com. You can do it with one or two little adhesive packs. Check their website but call them to order.
