i started my 674 the other morning and when i put it in to reverse it didnt move. so i tried the rest of the ranges and found out low range wouldnt work as well. high range works perfect. any help on what this might be??

It is common for the hi/lo/reverse linkage to jam when worn . Mine did it quite often as it had a loader , I cant remember without looking at it but you just have to tap the linkage in the right place with a hammer or something .

When lever is in hi the tractor moves . Do it move aswell when in neutral ?

First ! You have a quadrant with a slot fitted to that shaft sticking out of the gearbox where that bush was sticky . Do that quadrant rotates a lot ? That will mix-up your gears and be a indication of a broken roll pin ! Do that quadrant rotates a lot ?
