IH 250A help please

Hello All,

I have an IH 250A early 80's I believe. It has No brakes whatsoever, the pedal goes straight to the floor. The FEL also seems possessed and likes to raise and lower on its own. I want to solve these problems, but first would like to find a service manual. If anyone has any ideas or tips on the issues, or how to get a manual please tell me. This is one beast of a tractor and I want to make it safe. Until then the JD 1070 will have to do all the work.

I have a int 2500A that's the industrial model.

Info on the Industrail Machinery is hard to come by so if you can find out what the farm version is lots of info.the parts are all interchangeable.Int 2500A is the same as int 574.the industrial is just built heavier.

Deerseeker -tthank you, I had to replace the fuel tank last spring, and I know it crossed over to a different model I just cant recall which one.
