Any body know what this is?

Wife's grandad passed away and we are going through his shops, he cut and baled hay and also worked on pretty much any body's equip that was brought to him, but this is the only thing we don't know what it's called or does appreciate any help, part numbers I'm pics if that helps any. Thanks

As a kid I worked in a lawnmower shop. Chain saw chains were expensive so we would take them apart and replace links. The crank handle applies a spinning action to evenly spread the soft rivet head on a master repair link. The device on the left in the OP's photo pops the chain apart.

Travel lover is right. The orange is stihl orange so it might even be a Stihl chain riveter.
