J.J. - sorry about not getting back to you sooner. Just been awfully busy. The solenoid has 4 ports, 2 in and 2 out. As soon as I get through planting my sweet corn an beans I'll get back on here with more. Thanx in advance.

Thanks for the reply.

It sounds like you have a true 3rd function solenoid valve set.

To refresh my mind, can you trace the pump flow through the loader valve and the 3rd function.

Here is a point I would like to make.

If the 3rd function is located after the PB port, The loader can take all the fluid and leave none for the 3rd function valve. So, no grapple.

If the loader valve is using only half of the total flow, then the 3rd function valve can use the other half.

Therefore you can use say the grapple with the lift, or use curl with lift.

If they rearranged the setup so that the 3rd function was in front of the loader valve, then the loader would have priority.

So, what would happen is that the loader would now only get the flow from the grapple cyl until you released the solenoid switch, then the pump flow would be usable.

I called Surplus specifically to ask about international shipping, and they said they ship everywhere.

I am sorry, but I have done everything I can.

I will not get involved in international shipping, customs, etc.

Dear j-j Dear j.j Thank you very much.
You are very knowledgeable in hydraulics.
i have no knowledge of hydraulics.
Thanks to your advice to help me choose the hydraulic system.

For example, I run 12HP engine. Should I choose how many gpm pump, cyl, hand controls and the accompanying accessories like the system to suit.

Thereby I will look to buy spare parts in the country or in china.
Actually I need. Please help me

Here is the model I want to follow: Mini pelle JMEKA. helps you learn me. what I need, its parameters.900900_0_2828637_80343.jpg

I went out and looked at the tractor to see if I could trace the hydraulic flow. It's impossible to see much of anything without removing the right rear wheel, and of course the tire is loaded. I'm using the tractor almost daily in the garden, so guess I'll just have to postpone pursuing this any further until season is over, and I can get my son to come help me handle that tire. I certainly appreciate your interest, and I'll get back with you when I get a chance to remove the wheel. As a point of interest, when they build the tractor, they evidently mark critical fasteners with white paint, to determine if they have moved. The lug bolts on that wheel have paint marks that haven't been disturbed. Wonder how they changed that valve.

Thank you !

Basically, your 12 HP engine can support a 7 GPM pump at 2500 psi.

So you need cyl to fit each operation of the BH.

You need at least a three spool valve, and if you use out riggers, you need two more spools.

I know if I race the load, you will calculate and let me know,
I need any kind cyl. Problem is I do not calculate. Anyway, thank you .Duy

Eyecather,

I don't know if you have any of this information or not, but take a look at the hydraulic and or loader section from this website. The loader section covers the hydraulics of the loader valve.

Ex450 Technical Manual

I notice that on my Sc2400 and my NH T2320 that they both seem to go into a limp mode sometimes when curling the bucket.

Just as a little update, I talked to Yanmar America today about another problem, and he told me they had been experiencing similar problems to my loader problem with the EX3200's. On top of everything else, now I have a major leak at the loader valve, so am going to have to pull the right rear wheel to see what is going on. I'm sure I'll be able to take some pix. He said on the 3200s, they had been able to reverse the regeneration plate, doing away with regeneration, and everything worked fine, except no regeneration. I told him I didn't think mine had a regeneration plate, and he said he didn't think so either.

We pulled the right rear wheel and fender to allow access to the loader valve. Got everything cleaned up, and the leak was a banjo fitting. Copper washer seals. Didn't have a replacement washer quite that big in my kit, so reversed the inside and outside washers and over-torqued a tad, and it seems to have fixed it. Had my son and here to help me, and then 2 neighbors showed up, and you know how too many cooks spoil the soup? I had the camera setting on the bench, ready to take pix with the wheel and fender removed. After everything was back together, I remembered the camera - it's still setting on the bench. So much for pictures. I did verify that power beyond comes off the valve in the correct place, other than that, it got away from me.
