Still following potential locations for Where In the World is Steve?

If Steve is following his idol Euler's path in life, he would have traveled from Switzerland to St. Petersburg, Russia. It's a big town to search. There was a local news story that could have been Steve:

It seems some tourist was gathering coins in the fountain. Language is a barrier of course, but I understood the tourist was yelling, "Currency must be in circulation to maintain bank liquidity!" It sure sounds like an economist's meltdown. Could have been the vodka. As you can see, he was dragged away. Hopefully Steve isn't residing in some Siberian gulag now.

I do appreciate the guidance: "Find the girls and Steve will be there." To that end, I will be checking out the renowned St. Petersburg body painting scene next.

That photo was taken during summertime in St. Pete. It is colder than a witches ta ta's over there now. That couldn't have been Steve.

OK THAT'S IT! I GOT IT....I FIGURED IT OUT.
Steve knew exactly why the pallets were in the field. He knew and so did Zelda. Steve wanted the wormhole all to himself, that's why he invented the fictitious Zelda from California who has nothing to do with anything, if she exists at all.
The real Zelda was about to spill some very telling things about Steve when she herself went into the abyss.
Steve is in Tasmania, he traveled there using the blackhole..... on his way, he altered history...... is now wearing spike heels and lost a lot of weight....

Two questions:
1. Wagtail, Have you run into Steve during his visit to Tasmania?
2. Robert, Did your recent extended absence have anything to do with the worm hole?

Consider that WAGTAIL may be an alter ego created by Steve. My absence was do to this thread, not specifically to the blackhole.
