2002 gx345 wont crank?

In my quest to figure this out I heard of another switch for the RIO deal. I got under the mower and was poking around then I seen it!

The switch on the brake had a broken wire inside the loom. I seen a wire poke out and I peeled it back to find it broke about 3" up front the switch. Break out the soldering iron and some heat shrink. Hop on and she fired right up!

Im using it to plow right now. I have an early model 2002 GX345 that doesnt have the posi lock...
