With the 5085M you can. Or peel off the 5085E decal and put a 5085M. Their exactly the same I think

I was just curious if could get the new look on the 5083,with just changing out the hoods with new 5085E or is the 5085M same stile?

New hood styling looks like the same to me. But the rest of the tractors are different. The old 5E/5M have the exhaust exiting from the left side. The new ones have it exiting on the right side. Therefore impossible to do without lots of modifications.
