Looks like the LP BB1248 or the BB1548 are in my future. Thanks to everyone who shared their thoughts and experiences.

Being a tractor newbie myself, I thought I'd share a tidbit of information which totally transformed my use of my box blade. I recently got an EA 50" BB for my BX25. I thought all you do is hook it up and start pulling it. At first I could start with level ground and within 5 minutes it would look like those motocross dirt tracks. The thing I was missing was tilt. By adjusting the top link so that the front blade of the BB was a little higher than the back, things literally smoothed out from there on. If no one has yet to tell you about that, well, there, I just did. :)

Great thread and timing I just met someone selling a land pride 1560 box blade will my bx2660 pull a 60"?
Is $400 a good price? It appears to be in great shape even though its over ten years old.

If you are grooming a driveway, yes. If you are digging a basement, probably not. I have a weighted BX2360 and my 48" box blade can stop(not stall) it under some conditions. I wouldn't want bigger except for lighter duty.
