I have a question,say you have some hydro or gear failures during your warrenty period after you use TSC or NAPA fluids other than the Kioti branded fluids will Kioti stand behind the failure since you did not use there branded fluid?Just curious?

To my knowledge, Kioti does not have branded oil. They reference major brands in the manual.

No, they cannot void the warranty as long as you use oil that meets the specs...

The local kioti dealer near me uses Cub Cadet UTF, Which is not in the manuals BTW.

Mine as well coobie, I still haven't found any of those fluids locally, So what do ya do?

Shell Donax TD is now called Shell Spirax S4 TXM. I found and bought two 5-gal containers at a local Walmart but never saw any more there after that. By the way, there are MANY Shell Spirax products and the S4TXM is the important part (T=tractor, X=multi vehicle/multi OEM, and M=low maintenance).

I have been to several dealers, and each uses different or multiple kinds of oil. You my notice in the chart from Kioti at the start of this thread, it says possible fluid.

I just emailed Kioti for a direct answer on the oil and warranty. I will let you know answer the ASAP.
