Get some suitcase weights, maybe wheel too.
My MF dealer wants to sell me a Howse BSXEB72 but I'm not sure about the durability of it. Is my tractor strong enough to pull a heavy 6 foot box blade full of dirt?
Sounds like power isn't the pending issue but traction is with blade work. But power would be a factor in mowing?
Thanks. You putting my mind at ease. I like the Everything Attachments 72" XTreme Duty Box Blade For Utility Tractors. Seems well built but according to the site weighs only 475# which is lighter than the land pride, woods or bush hog blades of the same size. I haven't got to price the woods, LP or the BH yet but I like the price of the EA. Any thoughts on the three?
Gonna be building a house and moving a good bit of dirt for driveways and leveling spots for buildings and figured a box blade would be more efficient at that.
Yea, I watched the EA video and was really impressed but a lot of people here are talking about heavier being better so I'm kinda confused on my choices.
Went ahead an got a howse from the dealer for a good price. Now I'm torn between the LP1672 finish mower, Bush Hog RDTH 72 mower, and Howse C372 the dealer want to sell me. Leaning towards the LP but would like to buy from the dealer. He's been pretty good to me. I just don't know much about the Howse mowers. Any ideas on which of the three would be the best?
Thanks. I believe the LP1672 is what I'm going to get but I'm unsure about the HP rating on it. They list a maximum of 30HP and my MF1635 has 35HP. Worried about this a bit.
That's good to know. On the LP website they printed as engine HP. I think I'll order me one.
