Anybody know if you can get an optional folding ROPS ON THE G3038 or if the folding ROPS on the pic of the R3039 is standard or optional?

My mistake. misread it. Thought 9' tall.. It most definitely will not fit in standard 7' height garage door. That's why I built my shed for it...

when you guys say cash price, is that not what dealers advertise? would it be plus tax as well? i would have my own financing, so i get lowest 'cash price' i assume. never bought a new tractor.

If you don't finance with the dealer you should get the cash price.

In Georgia, we do not usually pay taxes on tractors either. I got cash price because I procured my financing.

altamaha, do you have any knowledge of Benjys Tractors in Patterson or Farmmart in Statesboro? these would be the closet dealer for me as far as i can tell.

Unless you have a Georgia Agricultural Tax Exemption (G.A.T.E) card you have to pay taxes here in Georgia.

calbug; I got my 3039 from Benjy.. great person to deal with and I feel I got a good deal.

cletus99; I do not have a card and I did not pay taxes. Seems there was a bubble on my application that asked if it would be for farm use and I marked the bubble to indicate it was for ag use.

Did you buy this year? You may end up with a tax bill at the end of the year. Below is what my local Mahindra dealer sent in an email from a quote I asked for. I've been planning on getting with my CPA soon to see how I can get by without paying taxes also. I actually think I might qualify for the GATE card.

These prices do not include sales tax which must be charged if you live in
the state of Georgia and do not have a GATE card. GATE is for Georgia
Agricultural Tax Exemption, which is allowed if you have a farm and meet
certain qualifications for the exemptions. If you want more information just
google "Georgia Gate card."
