JD 4610 No Start. Baffled

I have a JD 4610 PowerReverser/Diesel/RearPTO.

When I turn the key, it just clicks, does not start.

Knowns:
a) Starter Motor and engine work (we jumped the starter and fired right up); died in gear
b) Battery charged.
c) Plenty of diesel


Tries:
a) replaced all fuses
b) replaced Diode Blocks
c) replaced starter relay, engine relay and neutral relay
d) replaced transmission switch
e) replaced rusty seat switch


Flowing Cranking Circuit operation page 150 in tech manual.

She's stuck out in the pasture; don't dare getting my truck stuck to get'r back in.

Any tips on next steps would be appreciated. It still feels like an interlock issue.

What do you mean,`died in gear'? don-ohio

Sounds like a ground issue of some type . Make sure they are clean and tight .

My wife leaned forward and put the tractor in gear and it died.

Yes, Ground it clean and tight.

on PTO switch continuity tests:
OFF positions all pass
ON positions don't. (could be the culprit)

receded the PTO. She fired up.
