Mossflower, Same wet snow over here with only an inch actually sticking because of the rain. But we did have thunder and lightning with the snow last night. Because it's only 28 degrees with icy spots, they've closed schools.

Yes, immediately after entering my "I'm Jealous" on my android last night I heard something and went outside. I could just barely hear a rumble, someone was getting Thunder Snow, but I was mostly rain at that point...

We HomeSchool, so we're always open...

Drank first cup of coffee. 45 degrees with clear skies this morning. Heading to 70 with nothing but sun during daylight hours. This is the kind of weather I like. Makes me glad I made the trip south after Christmas. Especially when I see the reports from others of -0 degrees and snow. Not going to plan anything today so I can enjoy the weather.

Good morning! 42˚ up to 62˚ sunny skies. Just threw the last of the cut firewood in the stove.

Ron, it looks like your south location is always 5˚-10˚ warmer.

I made sure there was no dog food left out and whipper did not have to chase critters all night.

I'm going to enclose my tractor shed's lean-to with 2 large barn-wood gates to hide the view from the front of the house - there have been complaints that it looks junky.
I had a feeling this might happen. Once the pavers were down everything looked nice and neat until you looked across the yard.
Looks like a week's project working at half pace.

This happens a lot. Does project branching happen with everyone, or is it just me?

Concur 100%...EVERY SINGLE project I start ends up taking much longer and costing much more than I anticipated....I hape always termed it "project creep". Just got home from the weekly grocery shopping trip now gotta rush off to enjoy lunch with a lady friend BYE for now....catch you guys later on.

Should get my other wall up today. Roofing orders and will be delivered 1/28, so I have 10 days to be ready for it.
