TG1860 losing drive

Hi I own a diesel TG1860 that had been put down for a while. I've just got it going again but it seems to be losing the drive. It's getting slower and slower. I changed the drive belt but it doesn't seem to help. Is there an adjustment that can be made? I see
that I can adjust the rod from the pedal to the link for the transmission

I have a TG1860G, (gas) but HST end of it will be the same.
You should not need to adjust the rod on the pedal link... unless it has been mis-adjusted.
If it's getting progressively slower, I'd suspect an HST issue. (not belt or linkage)
Has the HST fluid been changed ? Have you checked the level ?
Might be an idea to change the fluid, and purge the system.
There is a procedure in the WSM with regard to purging air from the HST following fluid change.

Thanks Pete, This TG1860 was handed down form my father in law and I can guarantee the transmission
oil has never been changed. I'll try changing the HST fluid. Is there a recommended HST fluid to use?

Kubota says use 20W50 motor oil. I've changed mine using 20W50 two times in the 14 years (900 hrs) I've had mine. Never had a HST issue with my unit.
