TYM T233HST
Well after being a member here for three years I finally went out and bought a new tractor a TYM T233HST and after just three days am kicking myself I didn't do it two years ago. I was putting it off thinking five acres didn't warrant a tractor so I bought an ATV two years ago to use as a multi-purpose play/work machine. Well I had a problem with my left eye and the retina specialist told me no trail riding on the ATV so I am selling the ATV which will help cover the cost of the tractor somewhat.

The second day we had the tractor Lowe's delivered a pergola kit and they had to drop it in front of the garage so I picked it up with the bucket and drove it around to where we are installing it. A week ago I would of had to open the box and carry everything by hand. A heavy half hour project took ten minutes with no strain. On day three our contractor had 10 yards of gravel delivered to be spread by wheelbarrow to where we are having a new patio installed. I didn't tell him I had bought a tractor so this morning when he showed up I was bush hauling and spreading the gravel.

Like a kid with a new toy. I can now think of dozens of little projects in additon to the major ones that I bought the tractor for.

I am beginning the learning curve and the only little problem so far is getting use to having the forward and reverse right next to each other. Feels a little awkward and am keeping away from the house and fencing for now.

Congratulations on the new arrival. :) When I first got my 293 HST, my biggest problem on the learning curve was releasing the brakes.

They have breaks? Just kidding. If nothing else I'm giving my wife a few laughs.

I'm thinking of purchasing a tym 23? I have to replace a garden tractor and its a toss up between a tym 23 or a zero turn? What is the msrp on a tym 23 "out the door price?" I feel as if I'm at the Dealers mercy when it comes to pricing!
