ya... not so fixed in Firefox, seems to work in IE 9

Hit Ctrl and F5 at the same time. It should reload and fix itself (did for me on Firefox 13).

This is working OK for me.

Well it's not working for me, it does work when viewing threads from the "Todays Posts" menue, but when you drill down to any of the other forums it doesnt work at all.



My origional Post "I miss being able to preview a thread when you move the mouse over the thread title Can you bring this feature back?"

The log offs have accelerated. I logged on while viewing this thread and by the time I got through 5 pages I was logged off and had to log on again. A bit annoying. Some others have had the problem and others say they don't. Any ideas?

Make sure you check "remember me" when logging in. Might need to clear your cookies for it to hold if it's using an old cookie from the old forum or something.

All formatting is lost when I view the site using Firefox- or actually, once I go to a forum or message.

The main page was normal, but after that, even the sign in page for forums was unformatted.

Right now, whatever you've recently changed, I am starting to really LIKE it. My Home screen looks great right now on IE8 at work.

Hi Everybody,

As you can see we have upgraded the forums with a new software version and new design (which will soon be carried out to all pages of the site). We still have a bunch of stuff on our to-do list but would like to use this thread for bug reports or any questions you may have.

We will address issues as quickly as possible and reply when we can. We will be tweaking the forum for days, if not weeks. The old version of the forum was four years old and had been optimized over that period of time.

I do NOT like this version over the old. Tried several times today to sort through a couple of Forums and find the new format difficult, at best, to catch the information that readily was available before. Sure, in time will adapt, but before when looking at a list of most recent threads under a Forum, it was easy to quickly spot those new threads with zero replies. Now, this number is nested in with views.
Bring the old format back without the need to have to address issues.

I may participate again someday, but it will take some time to wander back, same as the last time a major format change was put in place.

Methinks that they confused Artisan and Aczlan... I found that if you have a long string of characters without spaces for your location or tractor (such as I have) it will invade the post space and I had one set on my profile to test it.

[I'm not reading this whole thread, so please excuse if this is a repeat of previous responses.]

1. Looks like at least one link was broken by the format change. See my thread here http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/safety/235171-funny-but-not-safe.html, The first posting. Video link no longer shows up as an image, but instead as some bare HTML surrounded by [ame... /ame] If this is a general problem with previously-posted video links, it'd be nice if it were fixed.

2. On the thread listing page, the "Views" and "Replies" are now stacked one on top the other. Previously, they each appeared in their own column. If you want these to be usable "at a glance" to see which threads in the list on my current screen have either a lot of replies or a lot of views, the previous format was MUCH better for that (I work in UI and usability design, BTW ). It allowed instant scanning up and down the page, while the current format actually requires that you find and read each number (not scannable).

Glad you and your team are making efforts to keep TBN "fresh"!

I can't get most of anything to work ... What do I need to do ... here is a shot of the icons that are failing ... I have shut down, restarted and still have an issue. Also I can not stay logged in ... I quess that is auto log out ... I getting very frustrated.



AND THAT STUPID NEW PHOTO DEAL SUCKS

TBN is my favorite site to come too ... its not fun working my ARSE off trying to read the forums or load pictures. I'm sure its me and has nothing to do with TBN ... so if anyone has any suggestions on something I can do ... please advise.

Ummm, did something break in the last 3 hours? All the font, highlight (yellow unread), and other fixes you guys have done in the last 48 hours are missing for me now. I don't even have the TBN R4 logo at the top, just the vBulletin picture...
