C.V.A. injector pump problem

My Oliver 1850D is pressurizing return lines & filter housings to the point that
fuel is 'running" out of filters at the seals. Also rupturing return hoses. Any clues?

Does it have a lift pump ahead of the filter? It must have if it's pressuizing a filter. Look for a stuck relief valve in the lift pump. It should not put any more that 4-5 psi into the injector pump. If it's overpressurizing the inlet of the injector pump then the return line pressures would be too high and give you problems there also.
