My gun has the flex hose, also the easy trigger pump cost 50.00 from TSC.

I have to jump in here and ask a question. Just got my CK30HST in about 20 hours ago. All of the exposed zerks take grease as designed with no trouble.. Problem is, all of the points on the FEL that are "depressed" into the center of the pins are causing me fits and skinned knuckles.
I can get my manual gun on them just fine, pump grease perfectly, but, I can't get the durn thing off of the zerks... I'm down to using vise grips and a screwdriver to pry the gun off the zerks on every single one of them.

Thoughts?

I find the Channellock wide-jaw adjustable wrenches (see link below) very useful. The jaws open to 1.5" and are slim so they can get into narrow places. The jaw tolerances are tight so there is not much sloppiness. The wrenches are good for large bolts on 3-point equipment and as well as fine fittings. I keep two in my tractor toolbox
